This prestigious one-billion-dollar real estate project includes the erection of a futuristic 50-storey office tower in the heart of Calgary's financial district. The impressive architectural design is meant to be a metaphor for the Rocky Mountains.

The AAA-class building is at the cutting edge of innovation and received a LEED Platinum certification. Supermétal completed phase 1 which included the 50-storey East Tower, a commercial space of 55,000 square feet, an interior winter garden, an exterior park and plaza, as well as parking for close to 1200 cars.

a modified assembly of a two-storey truss at the base of the 50-storey building allowing partial penetration welds and thicker plates (instead of full penetration welds).
